Misogyny in Motion: Unpacking the Arab Manosphere

The author explores how global manosphere ideas are adapted into Arabic digital spaces through the case of Red Pill Arabic. Using multimodal discourse analysis, she studies how language, visuals, cultural references and translation localize misogynistic and hypermasculine narratives for Arab audiences, viewing influencers as cultural mediators who reshape global Red Pill ideology around local structures and social anxieties while maintaining core anti-feminist beliefs.
