Pedagogies of Feminist Resistance: Agrarian Movements in Africa

The strategies adopted by feminist agrarian movements, whether in direct response to imperialism (anticolonial), or indirect response (anti-neoliberal), demonstrate the significance of gender as a contemporary agrarian question and the critique of gendered labor as an indispensable lens through which to make sense of agrarian transitions in Africa.
